WHO AM I?
After finishing university and spending an uninspiring eighteen months as a policy analyst, I decided life in an office wasn't for me.
In the space of a week, I quit my job, signed up to Westminster catering college and found work in a restaurant kitchen.
That was 15 years ago.
Ten years of cooking my way around London (and a year in Paris) allowed me to work with some truly amazing people in some fantastic venues, and over the last few years I've been consulting with restaurants and event caterers across the UK and Europe.
I have more than a passing interest in wine. I hold the WSET level 3 award in wines and spirits, and in 2012 was awarded the Magnum d'Or by the Champagne Academy.
